考虑虚拟电厂多类电力产品的配电侧市场出清策略

摘要:

为完善电力市场运营机制,挖掘不同类别虚拟电厂各自的优势,提出了一种虚拟电厂介入的配电侧市场出清策略。文中首先对虚拟电厂参与配电侧市场的商业运营模式和组织方法进行探讨,进而提出了一种考虑多种电力市场产品耦合关系的配电侧市场联合出清模型并推导了相应定价方法,所涉及的电力市场产品包括有功功率、无功功率、旋转备用、调频容量和调频里程。中国中山25节点实际配电系统和Matpower 141节点标准配电系统的案例仿真结果表明,所提配电侧市场方法具有高求解效率和普遍适用性。

Market Clearing Strategy for Distribution System Considering Multiple Power Commodities Offered by Virtual Power Plant

Abstract:

To promote the development of operation mechanism of the power market and unlock potential benefits offered by different kinds of virtual power plants (VPPs), a market clearing strategy for distribution systems considering the integration of VPPs is proposed. Firstly, business operation mode and organization procedure of the distribution power market cooperating with the VPPs are introduced. And then, a market clearing model and corresponding pricing method for distribution systems considering the coupling relationship among multiple power market commodities are proposed. The market commodities involved in this paper include the active power, reactive power, spinning reserve, frequency regulation capacity and frequency regulation mileage. The simulation results of the Zhongshan 25-bus real distribution system of China and Matpower 141-bus standard distribution system show that the proposed market clearing method for distribution systems offers a high computational efficiency and universal applicability.
