    摘要:

    考虑多端柔性直流输电(VSC-MTDC)技术的发展,从机理上分析了现有多端协调控制策略用于新形势下VSC-MTDC系统的控制特性差异;基于机理分析,针对现有多端协调控制策略的不足,提出了一种多端柔性直流电网主动功率平衡协调控制策略。该方法提出了一种主动功率平衡技术,实现VSC-MTDC系统在动态过程中的主动功率平衡,改善直流电压动态调节特性,并降低换流站传输功率的动态偏差,提高换流站的传输功率精度,从而实现对VSC-MTDC系统直流电压的快速精准控制。最后,基于对VSC-MTDC的PSCAD/EMTDC的仿真,对所提的控制策略进行了有效性验证。

    Abstract:

    Considering the development trend of voltage source converter based multi-terminal direct current transmission(VSC-MTDC)technology, and based on mechanism derivation, the performance of existing multi-terminal coordinating control strategies for VSC-MTDC in the new situation is analyzed. To improve the performance of existing multi-terminal coordinating control strategies, an active power balance oriented coordinating control strategy for VSC-MTDC system is proposed. In the proposed control strategy, an active power balance oriented coordinating control strategy is proposed to realize the active power balance of the VSC-MTDC system in dynamic process, which improves the dynamic control performance of the voltage in the DC grid, reduces dynamic deviation of the transmission power for the converter stations, and improves the accuracy of the transmission power for the converter stations. Then, the fast and accurate control of the DC voltage while ensuring the transmission power accuracy of the VSC-MTDC can be realized. A four-terminal VSC-MTDC simulation system is built in PSCAD/EMTDC to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
