    摘要:

    电网信息物理系统(GCPS)态势感知是电力一次系统安全稳定运行控制和信息系统主动安全防御的决策基础。单个系统的态势感知因没有考虑信息空间影响及交互影响,不能表征信息物理系统的整体态势,而目前将GCPS中信息系统和物理系统融合的协同态势感知研究成果较少。为此,对电网和信息网络2个领域的态势感知研究进行了综述,讨论了GCPS态势感知的必要性,定义了GCPS态势感知的概念,构建了GCPS态势感知的研究框架,阐述了GCPS态势感知的关键问题和关键技术,给出了可能的应用场景。最后,针对具体案例,给出了GCPS电网侧和信息侧协同的态势感知和防御思路。

    Abstract:

    Situation awareness of grid cyber-physical system(GCPS)is the decision-making basis for the safe and stable operation control of power systems and the active defense of cyber systems. The situation awareness of a single system cannot represent the overall situation of cyber-physical systems because it does not consider the effect of the cyber system and the interaction effect between systems. However, there is few researches on the coordination of cyber system and physical system. Firstly, current researches about situation awareness in power grid and information network are summarized. Then, the necessity of GCPS situation awareness is discussed and the concept of GCPS situation awareness is defined. Furthermore, the research framework of GCPS situation awareness is proposed and research ideas are presented. Then, key problems and technologies of GCPS situation awareness are discussed, and possible application scenarios are given. Finally, based on a specific example, ideas of GCPS situation awareness and defense with the coordinated cyber system and physical system are given.
